Job description

Insight Global is seeking a .NET Full Stack Engineer for one of their top property management clients. The primary focus is full-stack delivery in .NET while integrating AI agents and models that: analyze potential property acquisitions to improve pipeline quality, and review past deals, classify outcomes, and predict target deal profiles. This role will be primarily heads down coding with regular syncs with the team lead and project lead., Design, develop, and maintain .NET full-stack applications (back-end services and front-end UI) that power agentic workflows.

Implement and orchestrate agentic AI models to:

evaluate potential acquisitions and surface better opportunities, and

review historical deals against market/environmental context to recommend future targets.

Leverage AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) for code generation, refactoring, and review.

Collaborate closely with the team lead and project lead; clarify assumptions, ask questions, and iterate quickly on design/approach.

Produce reliable, maintainable code with thoughtful error handling, logging, and performance considerations.

Participate in lightweight ceremonies (standups/check-ins) and contribute to sprint goals; minimal direct end-user requirements gathering.

Requirements

  • .NET full stack experience (primary requirement) with proven delivery of production systems.
  • Hands-on experience building agentic models
  • Python experience (intermediate level) for model tooling, data prep, or orchestration.
  • Active use of AI tools for coding (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or similar); specific tool is flexible.
  • Strong communication skills - RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementations.
  • Experience with vectorized LLMs / embedding strategies (vector stores, similarity search, indexing).
  • Familiarity with deal analysis/investment or property acquisition analytics (domain context helpful).
