Job description

CMK Resources is seeking a strong, well-rounded onsite Help Desk / Desktop Support professional to support end users and troubleshoot both day-to-day and more complex technical issues within an enterprise environment., * Provide onsite desktop and end-user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft O365, Active Directory, and endpoint support issues
  • Support workstation deployments, configurations, and maintenance
  • Handle escalated technical issues independently while maintaining strong customer service
  • Document tickets, resolutions, and technical procedures accurately
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure timely issue resolution and operational continuity

Requirements

  • 3-6+ years of desktop/support experience
  • Strong experience with Microsoft O365, Active Directory, and endpoint support
  • Ability to work independently in an onsite support environment
  • Prior hands-on or field support experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
