? Own the end-to-end functional design of CRM modules such as:

Partner & Opportunity Management

Corporate Onboarding Journeys

Customer 360 & Portfolio Views
? Validate features through UAT, ensuring high quality and alignment with business needs
? Define KPIs and success metrics for CRM adoption and usage.
? Work with business leaders to drive CRM adoption across relationship managers and operations teams.
Requirements
? Good to have knowledge of MS Dynamics
? Preferred Knowledge of regulatory frameworks: KYC, AML, FATCA, local compliance norms.
? Familiarity with system integrations such as LOS, Core Banking Systems
