Job description

We are seeking a dedicated IT Service Management Analyst to support a key transition from Cherwell to ServiceNow, ensure regulatory audit readiness, and drive process improvements. This mid-level role offers the chance to make a tangible impact within a dynamic team, working closely with stakeholders to streamline ITSM functions, leverage innovative automation tools, and uphold industry standards

Requirements

  • Strong experience with ServiceNow platform implementation and management
  • Proven ability to assess and script in Cherwell (BASH, PowerShell, Python)
  • Familiarity with ITSM processes such as change, incident, problem, and asset management
  • Ability to gather compliance evidence and support audit preparation
  • Competence in creating dashboards and utilizing AI for automation
  • Tripwire experience is highly desirable

Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience with leveraging AI, automation, and Copilot within ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of IT asset databases, CMDB, HAM, and SAM
