Job description
- Support and troubleshoot SharePoint and web applications.
- Work directly with users to gather requirements and resolve issues.
- Implement application enhancements and bug fixes.
- Test changes and document solutions.
- Monitor risks, track issues, and provide status updates.
- Recommend process and system improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience.
- 6+ years of application support or SharePoint support experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SharePoint and web applications.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, ASP.NET, or related web technologies.
- Experience working in enterprise IT environments.
