Job description
Our direct Client is looking for Sr. AWS Data Engineer with Workday Integration-12+ Months Contract-Remote opportunity-Direct Customer., * Lead end-to-end data migration from UKG (Pro/Dimensions) to Workday HCM
- Extract HR data (employee, position, org structure, compensation, benefits, time, accruals) via APIs, BI tools, or DB access
- Design and build ETL/ELT pipelines for downstream enterprise integrations
- Implement CDC and delta load patterns using GoldenGate and/or AWS-native services
- Execute mock cycles (Mock 1, Mock 2, Dress Rehearsal, Go-Live) with reconciliation (row counts, hash totals, key validation)
