Job description
Drive innovation behind the scenes and power exceptional guest and team member experiences. As the IT Manager, you will oversee venue technology systems, support operational technology initiatives, maintain infrastructure reliability, and ensure technology solutions align with business objectives. You will partner with venue leadership and corporate teams to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient technology services., * Manage venue technology infrastructure and support systems
- Monitor network performance and system availability
- Coordinate hardware and software deployments
- Maintain cybersecurity controls and compliance standards
- Troubleshoot escalated technical issues
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Partner with vendors on maintenance and support agreements
- Develop and maintain technology documentation and procedures
- Support event technology requirements and operational needs
- Manage technology budgets and asset inventories
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience managing enterprise technology environments
- Experience supporting network infrastructure, wireless systems, and endpoint devices
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and cloud-based technologies
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and technology projects
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft, Cisco, or equivalent preferred, Qualified candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.
