Job description

  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions leveraging:
  • Salesforce Automotive Cloud
  • Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Salesforce Experience Cloud
  • Lead solution architecture for aftermarket manufacturing processes, including:
  • Spare parts sales & inventory integration
  • Warranty & claims management
  • Dealer/distributor network management
  • Service contracts & field service lifecycle
  • Returns (RMA) and repair processes
  • Integrate Salesforce with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) for:
  • Order-to-cash
  • Inventory visibility
  • Supply chain workflows
  • Customize Salesforce using:
  • Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Flows
  • APIs, middleware (MuleSoft preferred)
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
  • Ensure best practices in data modeling, security, and governance

Requirements

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce professional with deep expertise in Manufacturing Domain and strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud and Automotive Cloud in Santa Clara, CA, Dallas, TX, New jersey., * 7 12+ years of Salesforce experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Automotive Cloud
  • Proven experience in Manufacturing Aftermarket domain, especially:
  • Automotive / Heavy Equipment / Industrial Manufacturing
  • Expertise in at least two:
  • Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Salesforce Experience Cloud
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Warranty lifecycle management
  • Dealer portals and B2B commerce
  • Field service operations
  • Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
  • The ability to travel 30% of the time.
