Job description

The Gen AI Architect will play a crucial role in the operations and engineering of backend SaaS gen AI platforms. They will be responsible for troubleshooting, L3 support, and deployment of new systems and configurations related to gen AI technologies., * Provide support and troubleshooting for gen AI systems, including backend SaaS platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.

  • Implement API configurations and deploy new systems as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful operation of gen AI technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest gen AI trends and technologies to make informed architectural decisions.
  • Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of gen AI systems.
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits of gen AI systems to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in architect roles.
  • Experience with backend SaaS gen AI platform operations and engineering.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and providing L3 support for gen AI systems.
  • Ability to implement API configurations and deploy new systems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with gen AI developer tools and technologies.
  • Familiarity with gen AI platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and DevOps practices.
  • Certifications in AI or related fields.
