Your Mission Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing business requirements and producing functional and technical specifications.
  • Gathering and formalizing functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Configuring and developing new functionalities within the Planisware platform.
  • Managing platform administration and maintenance activities.
  • Ensuring deliverable quality through test planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Producing functional and technical documentation.
  • Providing user support and incident resolution.
  • Training key users on newly implemented functionalities.
  • Participating in project governance meetings and steering committees.
  • Coordinating and operationally leading significant application-related workstreams.
  • Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, functional experts, and project teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of recent experience in Planisware configuration and development.

  • Planisware certification is mandatory.

  • Strong experience in both functional and technical analysis.

  • Excellent knowledge of the Planisware ecosystem.

  • Experience managing SaaS applications.

  • Experience with data extraction and transformation processes (ODATA or equivalent).

  • Strong software development skills in:

  • JavaScript

  • HTML

  • CSS

  • SQL

  • Experience working in Agile environments.

  • Experience delivering user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

  • A Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) is considered a strong asset.

  • Previous experience within the public sector is an advantage.
