AND IN DETAIL
The Tribe Test engineer is responsible for:
- Defining the overall test strategy for the tribe, based on quality criteria and risk management.
- Ensuring end-to-end responsibility for the scope and test coverage of features, including both functional and non-functional testing.
- Collaborating closely with other team members, chapter leads, and engineers to achieve these goals.
By :
- Defining the methodology, tools, and processes for testing.
- Supporting squads in implementing the test strategy.
- Ensuring the quality and coverage of end-to-end tests.
- Reusing validated test deliverables and seeking synergies to increase efficiency.
- Maintaining the regression test set and collaborating with product owners.
- Ensuring the follow-up of non-functional tests.
- Reviewing defects and finding structural solutions.
- Reporting on testing progress to stakeholders.
- Analyzing risks and potential delays in testing.
- Serving as the single point of contact for testing and test strategy questions.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Virtualization?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * You have at least 5 year experience in relevant and similar role
- You have a Master degree, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering or IT, or assimilated by experience.
- You have knowledge of 'structured & risk-based testing'
- You have knowledge of software development methods and life cycle management
- You have knowledge of functional architecture, application architecture, and infrastructure architecture
- You have knowledge of test and automation tools such as QC, Cucumber, Soap, service virtualization, ...
- Basic knowledge of banking products and processes"
- Willing to collaborate: promotes communication between the various stakeholders (customers, testers, internal or external suppliers...) of a product delivery
- Results-oriented: adapts to the context and strives to achieve the best possible result with the available resources
- Communication: generates interest among stakeholders for the project and knows how to keep them engaged
- Knowledge of English and French and/or Dutch
