Job description
As our Webflow / Framer Builder, you will own our website end-to-end and build it out for our global rollout across many new countries. You will sit within the Marketing & Growth team and work closely with Mariella (Sr Marketing Manager). You are an experienced web designer and builder who can take a design from concept to live page, keep the system clean and scalable, and ship fast. You also bring a strong sense for animation and motion, so our site does not just work but truly looks and feels stunning. We deeply care out design and a great brand experience.
You will:
- Own our Webflow website end-to-end: design, build, performance and maintenance
- Build out the site for our global rollout, localising and scaling it across many new markets
- Bring the site to life with high-quality animation, motion and micro-interactions that make it look and feel stunning
- Own and maintain our component library so the site stays consistent and easy to extend
- Build and maintain campaign landing pages, working closely with Performance Marketing on dedicated pages for paid campaigns
- Manage and grow our SEO: technical setup, on-page optimisation and site structure
- Own and maintain the CMS, keeping content models clean and scalable as we add markets and pages
- Keep an eye on page speed, responsiveness and conversion, and continuously improve them
- Collaborate with design, content and the GTM leads of each country to ship localised pages and campaign landing pages
Requirements
Do you have experience in Web design?, * 3+ years of experience as a web designer and builder, with deep hands-on expertise in Webflow / Frame
- Willingness to work with Webflow going forward
- A strong portfolio of websites and landing pages you have designed and built yourself
- Proven experience with animation and motion design, with an eye for detail that makes pages feel polished and premium
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and how to build for them
- Experience building and maintaining scalable component libraries and CMS structures
- A good eye for design paired with attention to detail and a bias for shipping
- Comfortable working closely with marketing and performance teams on conversion-focused pages
- Basic HTML/CSS/JS skills
- Experience with country localisatons
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
