Be Doing - In this role, you'll help shape the data foundation and strategy for leading brands, driving data and analytics initiatives alongside a skilled team. - Drive high-impact technical implementations: Lead end-to-end tracking initiatives across web, app, and server environments. You'll design scalable data architectures, remove blockers, and deliver robust measurement setups using tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, Firebase, Appsflyer, Adjust, Tealium, and more. - Build clarity from complexity: Turn messy specs and business questions into structured, actionable measurement plans. You'll make sure tracking isn't just accurate; it's aligned with real goals and easy to activate. - Own delivery excellence: Define and uphold implementation standards across clients. You'll spot inefficiencies, raise the quality bar, and help the team scale with smarter workflows instead of more meetings. - Mentor, challenge, improve: Support junior team members, drive a culture of curiosity and

You'll be a voice of quality, impact, and technical confidence. - Collaborate across disciplines: You'll work closely with media, marketing, dev, and data teams, both internally and client-side, to deliver integrated solutions that connect measurement to results. What We Are Looking For - 3+ years' experience in technical analytics implementation across web and/or mobile. - Proven ability to lead complex projects and connect technical solutions to business value. - Comfortable working with tag managers, data layers, server-side tracking, and APIs. - Clear, confident communicator; equally comfortable with marketers and engineers. - Problem-solver with a bias for clarity, action, and measurable impact. - Curious, collaborative, and motivated to level up what "good" looks like in analytics. - Fluency in English.
