Job description
As a DevOps Engineer, you will take ownership of well-defined tasks, proactively solve technical challenges, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You will collaborate closely with your teammates, sharing knowledge and learning from experienced peers to progressively expand your impact within the team., * Contribute to the development and maintenance of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
- Build, operate, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and other automation platforms.
- Manage source control systems (Git, Bitbucket) following best practices for branching, merging, and version control.
- Identify and help reduce technical debt across infrastructure and automation solutions.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
- Support the security, performance, and reliability of cloud-based environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CI/CD pipeline issues and infrastructure-related incidents.
- Promote best practices in code quality, automation, and DevOps methodologies.
- Participate in technical discussions and design sessions, contributing to task breakdown and solution design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, security, product, IT) to align infrastructure objectives.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on Kubernetes using kubectl, Helm, and manifests.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters (scaling, upgrades, networking, storage, RBAC) and support observability and troubleshooting (e.g., pod failures, resource constraints, networking issues).
- Exemplify the Core Values of Tech Soft 3D on a consistent basis.
Requirements
Do you have experience in iOS?, * 3-5 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Ansible, BitBucket, and Git.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell, yaml) for automation.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD principles, source control management, and deployment best practices.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, GitHub Actions, AWS/GCP is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes - deploying workloads, managing clusters, and troubleshooting container orchestration issues.
- Understanding of networking, security, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize infrastructure architectures.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; growth mindset and willingness to mentor and learn.
- Exposure to multi-platform development (Windows, Linux, macOS, Android, iOS).
- French and English language skills.
- Ability to occasionally travel
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Certifications in Azure, AWS, or DevOps-related fields.
- Experience with package managers, data managementand optimized retrieval
- Familiar with agile development workflows and Jira
- Experience with containerization (Docker)
- Experience with managed Kubernetes services (AKS, EKS, or GKE), GitOpsworkflows (Argo CD, Flux), or Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD).
- Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack.
- Experience working in an international company.

The salary for this role is based on a combination of factors, including experience, education, and any special skills or expertise you bring. For individuals located in France, the pay range is €52,000 - €58,000/year.
