Job description
World Wide Technology (WWT) is looking for an experienced Zscaler Architect / Zero Trust SME to lead the design and implementation of secure access solutions. This role is primarily architecture and consulting focused, responsible for defining strategy, roadmap, and target-state designs rather than hands-on engineering
The ideal candidate will play a key role in migrating enterprise users a Zscaler-based Zero Trust environment, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance access., * Define and drive the Zero Trust / Zscaler strategy and roadmap for enterprise users
- Design high-level and low-level architectures for ZTNA solutions (ZPA, ZCC)
- Lead migration programs from traditional VPN to Zscaler-based secure access
- Work closely with business stakeholders (enterprise users) to understand requirements and translate into secure designs
- Provide technical leadership and architectural governance across the program
- Develop solution design artifacts (HLD, LLD, roadmaps, architecture diagrams)
- Guide engineering teams and ensure alignment with target architecture
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate automation and CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure security best practices aligned with Zero Trust principles
Requirements
- Strong experience in Zscaler technologies (ZPA, ZCC, ZIA)
- Solid understanding of Zero Trust Architecture (ZTNA / SASE / SSE)
- Proven experience in solution design, architecture, and roadmap definition
- Experience delivering large-scale user migration / transformation programs
- Knowledge of DevOps and automation practices (CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions)
- Hands-on or working knowledge of Terraform or scripting (Python, PowerShell, etc.)
- Strong understanding of network security, identity, and access controls
