Network Analyst/Engineer

Jobs Title: Network Analyst/Engineer Pay Rate: £28 p/h. Duration: 3 months Location: Hybrid working arrangements,Bradford City Centre, United Kingdom

1. Management and support of Cisco switching infrastructure (Catalyst/ACI)
2. Configuration and support of Palo Alto Firewalls (PAN-OS) - policies, NAT, VPN, threat prevention
3. Support of wireless networking solutions - Extreme Networks WiFi (configuration, optimisation, troubleshooting)
4. WAN/LAN technologies - SD-WAN, broadband, leased lines
5. Structured cabling and infrastructure - Cat5e/Cat6/Fibre, patching, rack layouts
6. Physical network deployment including Switches, APs, Firewalls and cabling
7. VoIP/Telephony networking basics (SIP, call routing)
8. Configuration management and automation (CLI, Scripting eg Python or PowerShell desirable)
9. Firmware upgrades, patching and life cycle management of network devices
10. Working to SLAs and ITIL framework
11. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in live production environments
12. Ability to work collaboratively across infrastructure and service teams
13. Excellent communication skills - ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
14. Experience working across multiple sites and environments
15. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites (business insurance needed)
