Network Solution Architect

We're supporting a major UK telecoms company in the search for an experienced E2E Mobile Network Solution Architect to lead the design and integration of complex, large-scale mobile network solutions., What You'll Be DoingLeading end-to-end solution architecture across major mobile network transformation programmesDesigning scalable, future-ready network solutions across multiple technology domainsOwning solution design from initial scoping through to delivery and governance approvalProducing and reviewing key architecture artefacts including TRS, HLDs and HLSDsWorking closely with engineering, delivery and domain architecture teamsResolving complex cross-domain technical challenges throughout the project lifecycleEnsuring solutions align with business objectives, architecture standards and operational requirementsSupporting technical governance and architecture review processes (e.g. XAB)

This role is suited to a hands-on architect with deep telecoms domain expertise and proven experience designing solutions across multiple mobile network domains. We are specifically looking for strong technical architects rather than programme or project management profiles., What We're Looking ForStrong experience as an E2E Network Solution Architect within mobile telecoms environmentsProven experience across at least two mobile network domains, for example:Packet Core + OSSVoice Core + RANDevices + Core NetworksRAN + Transport/Core SolutionsDemonstrated ability to design and integrate complex multi-domain mobile network solutionsStrong understanding of mobile network architecture and network-to-IT integrationExperience producing high-quality architecture documentation and technical design artefactsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills across both technical and business audiencesBackgrounds such as Core Network Architecture, RAN Solution Design, OSS Architecture, Technical Design Authority (TDA) or multi-domain Mobile Network Solution Design Experience Required8+ years operating in senior technical architecture or solution design roles within telecomsProven ownership of end-to-end mobile network solution design and deliveryStrong technical problem-solving skills within large-scale, fast-paced environments Why This Role?Outside IR35 contractMajor telecoms transformation programmeHigh-impact architecture role with significant technical ownershipFlexible, mostly remote working with limited travel requirements If you're a multi-domain Mobile Network Architect looking to work on large-scale telecoms transformation programmes, apply now or get in touch for more information.
