Serve as the lead technical authority for manufacturing systems, defining architecture standards and ensuring alignment across OT, IT, and cloud environments

Own complex integrations such as SCADA/PLC connections, MES/MOM to ERP integrations, and cross-platform data flows across plant systems

Act as the highest escalation point for critical incidents, leading root cause analysis and implementing long-term solutions to prevent recurrence

Oversee service delivery using ITIL practices, ensuring uptime, monitoring, performance, and lifecycle management across production systems

Requirements

10+ years of IT experience with significant exposure to manufacturing, industrial automation, or OT environments

Hands-on experience with SCADA/PLC integrations, MES/MOM platforms, and enterprise system integrations (e.g., SAP PP/PM preferred)

Strong expertise across legacy and modern application stacks including .NET Framework, Classic ASP, VB6/VBScript, MSMQ, and modern C# / Angular applications hosted on IIS

Deep knowledge of SQL Server (2008 R2-2022), Windows Server (2008-2022), and Windows 10/11 endpoints

Experience supporting warehouse and manufacturing technologies such as RFID systems, AGVs, and inventory/palletizing automation systems

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

ITIL Foundation certification preferred

Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance.

Salary range: $125,000-$145,000 annually, based on experience
