Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Oracle HCM Developer to join our innovative IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions that streamline HR processes and enhance organizational efficiency. You will leverage your expertise in system architecture, solution design, and integration to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing HR systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to transforming our digital HR landscape through active collaboration and continuous improvement., * Develop and customize Oracle HCM modules to meet organizational requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems such as Salesforce, Pegasystems, and other enterprise applications.

  • Design and implement system architecture solutions utilizing Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), RESTful APIs, and microservices to optimize performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Manage data integration processes using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools and techniques to ensure accurate data flow between Oracle HCM and external platforms like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases.
  • Conduct system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to identify issues related to system design or security vulnerabilities; perform vulnerability assessments and system hardening as needed.
  • Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or Git for continuous integration and deployment of updates.
  • Maintain system security by configuring cloud security measures on AWS or Azure, managing firewalls, VPNs, DNS settings, load balancing, and network configurations such as DHCP or GPO policies.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Microservices?, * Proven experience in developing and maintaining Oracle HCM Cloud solutions within a complex IT infrastructure environment.

  • Strong background in systems engineering principles including system architecture design, system administration, virtualization (VMware/ESXi), and operating systems such as Windows and Linux.
  • Hands-on expertise with programming languages like JavaScript, Python, C#, Java, SQL (T-SQL), PL/SQL, Shell Scripting or Bash for automation and customization tasks.
  • Familiarity with enterprise integration standards including SOAP web services, XML, JSON APIs, RESTful API development, and web services architecture.
  • Knowledge of modern software development methodologies such as Agile or SDLC frameworks; experience with tools like Jenkins or Git for version control.
  • Understanding of information security best practices including threat intelligence management, vulnerability management, system hardening techniques, and compliance standards.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure; knowledge of container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes or Docker is a plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues involving computer networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, firewalls, load balancing solutions like Meraki or similar devices.
