The Opportunity: Power Solutions OE Sales, Digitalization & AI Specialist

We are looking for an innovative and driven Digitalization & AI Specialist to join our sales team. This is a unique opportunity to act as a technical owner and implement scalable solutions that enable data-driven decision-making and create efficiencies across the organization. You will be at the intersection of Business Digitalization, AI and Automotive Sales, making a significant impact on our key business processes.
What You'll Do & The Impact You'll Make:
- Architect Digital Solutions: Define and implement the system architecture for core OE Sales processes, designing and deploying data-driven applications and automation solutions like workflows and low-code applications.
- Engineer Data Pipelines: Develop and maintain robust data pipelines, data models, and analytics solutions for critical sales and financial data to provide actionable insights.
- Implement and Scale AI: Lead the implementation of impactful AI use cases, including AI-supported decision tools for pricing and forecasting, generative AI copilots for document automation, and advanced agentic workflows.
- Ensure System Integration: Act as the technical owner for key digital platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP), ensuring seamless integration and collaborating with IT and central digital teams on cloud architecture, security, and governance.
- Drive Innovation: Evaluate, pilot, and scale emerging AI technologies to ensure they deliver tangible business impact and support business teams with your technical expertise and advanced analytics capabilities.
Requirements
Required:
- 3-7 years of experience in Digitalization, Data Engineering, AI, or a related IT role.
- Proven experience in automation, data platforms, or system integration.
- Strong skills in data engineering and analytics, including SQL, Python, and data modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Hands-on experience with data platforms like Databricks (or similar).
- A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude with strong ownership and excellent communication skills., * Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a relevant role.
