Job description

Work with business users and IT to gather and understand the business requirements. Convert business requirements into development specifications. Collaborate with functional teams to ensure end-to-end solution. Provide support including analysis, development, testing, tracking, and resolution. Help analyze and find key data insights into various business unit process. Build complex & scalable compute systems and infrastructure to provide the enterprise, engineering, and business operations capabilities in the field of AI and Generative AI. Design and implement GPU high performance cluster/infrastructure, including the application layer to orchestrate the use of GPU resources, manage workloads, and host opensource models while incorporating LLM observability for enhanced monitoring and operational insight. Design and implement server-side solutions using languages such as C++, Python, or Node.js. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless frontend and backend communication. Architect and optimize microservices for performance and fault tolerance. Serve as a subject matter expert in secure VPN solutions and Linux environments. Manage change across Dev/QA/Production releases and contribute to virtualization infrastructure planning. Support security systems, including firewalls, DNS, LDAP, and AD servers. Implement network security measures, troubleshoot complex firewall issues, and ensure secure remote access. Document system configurations, operating procedures, and support infrastructure documentation. Salary range: $131,325 - $180,000 per year.

Requirements

Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems/Infrastructure Administration, Data Analytics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or foreign equivalent), plus 3 years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation. Position requires experience or education in each of the following skills:

  1. Infrastructure engineering, AI model deployment;
  2. C++, Python, PHP, Linux;
  3. Creating databases such as PostgreSQL, MariaDB, Milvus (Vector DB)
  4. Git, Kubespray, Ansible, Helm, Docker, Kubernetes;
  5. VPN technology;
  6. Security systems, including firewalls, DNS, LDAP, and AD servers; and
  7. Elastic Stack.
