Job description

The AI Solutions Manager is a hands-on 'builder' role focused on developing and operationalizing AI-powered solutions. This is not a traditional people management role but rather an individual contributor responsible for implementation and cross-functional collaboration., * Build and implement LLM-powered workflows using tools such as Copilot and Claude

  • Develop no-code/low-code automation solutions using Power Automate, Zapier, and Make
  • Perform prompt engineering and optimize AI outputs
  • Integrate systems using APIs
  • Partner with business and IT teams to translate needs into AI-driven solutions
  • Act as a bridge between operations and IT (consultative role)

Team Structure & Environment:

  • Part of a newly forming AI transformation team
  • Will report into operations, not IT
  • No direct reports (focus is on process + execution, not people management)
  • Works alongside a separate IT team responsible for core technical builds

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience building and deploying AI solutions
  • Deep familiarity with LLM tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude)
  • Experience with automation platforms (Power Automate, Zapier, Make)
  • Strong prompt engineering skills
  • Ability to operationalize AI in a business setting
  • Background in AI/ML or technical roles preferred, but must be business-facing
  • Innovative and adaptable mindset (client is open to candidates outside healthcare/pharmacy) - Healthcare or HIPAA familiarity
