ySeeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. The candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications, provide technical leadership, and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices, * Design, develop, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

• Build applications and automations using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Define solution architecture and implement scalable design patterns.
• Design and support enterprise system integrations.
• Conduct code reviews and establish development standards.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver solutions.

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• 3+ Years of experience working with State department, federal, state, local or public agency
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Knowledge of solution architecture, integration patterns, and application design.
• Experience performing code reviews and enforcing development standards.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
• Experience with Azure integration services.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
