Job description
Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Service Desk & Application, this position delivers third-level technical support, administration, configuration, and maintenance for all assigned applications, databases, and servers. The role is also responsible for leading special projects and ensuring infrastructure reliability., In addition, this position serves as the company's Microsoft 365 System Administrator. Responsibility entails the hands-on installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various Microsoft cloud technologies to support the organization's digital workspace.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Software installation?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in information systems or a technology related study strongly preferred, * If degree in related field, 2 years direct service experience with Microsoft platform administration and support; If not degreed, 4 years' experience.
License or Certification:
- Certification related to Microsoft Azure, SharePoint / Online, Dynamics 365, Power Automate and (Power)BI platforms preferred
