Job description
A large retail company is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Lead to join our team to oversee the technology platforms and applications that support the company's Workday AI initiatives, integrations and Extend apps. This role will lead the design, development, and optimization of Workday AI-powered capabilities, Enterprise Integrations and Extend applications. The IT Lead Analyst will play a pivotal role in enabling Workday Agents, Agent system of Record (ASOR), automations, data pipelines, scalable integrations and advancing AI-driven use cases and Extend app development to enhance business processes. The ideal candidate will align technology solutions with strategic business objectives, ensuring high-quality delivery, data integrity, and operational excellence. This is a hybrid position in Lincolnshire and requires 3 days per week in the office. Apply today!
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Workday integrations with deep understanding of Workday Orchestrate, Studio, EIBs, PECI, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transformations, Workday Packaged Integrations, XSLT, etc
- 6+ years of experience in Workday Extend development - building custom applications and workflows
- Experience with at least 2 full life cycle Workday integrations - understanding of Workday architecture, data model, and security framework
- Experience with Workday AI/ML capabilities, Agents, ASOR, data pipelines and intelligent automation frameworks
- Experience in using Developer tools such as Oxygen, Postman/SOAP UI or its equivalent
- Experience with modern integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, event-driven patterns * Workday certifications in Integrations, Studio, and/or Extend (strongly preferred).
