Are you passionate about driving digital workplace transformation using Microsoft 365? We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Solutions Lead to spearhead enterprise-wide M365 adoption, SharePoint Online modernization, Power Platform governance, and AI initiatives.
This is a highly visible leadership role where you will serve as the Microsoft 365 Subject Matter Expert, partnering with business leaders, IT teams, security stakeholders, and end users to maximize the value of the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
? Lead Microsoft 365 adoption initiatives across multiple departments
? Drive migration of on-premises SharePoint Intranet environments to SharePoint Online
? Lead SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams adoption programs
? Establish and govern a Power Platform development practice and DevOps framework
? Support M365 integrations and premium licensing initiatives
? Lead Microsoft Copilot and GitHub Copilot adoption strategies
? Communicate Microsoft 365 roadmap updates and platform enhancements
? Collaborate with Security, Web, ECM, Desktop Support, and Business teams
? Develop governance, support processes, and operational best practices

? Experience supporting large enterprise or government environments
? Microsoft Certifications preferred
