Job description

Architecture and Technical Leadership

  • Define and evolve technology standards, architectural principles, and platform strategies for content management, translation, and learning ecosystems
  • Ensure alignment across content authoring, publication, translation, training, and knowledge delivery
  • Lead solution design and system design reviews, promote architectural best practices, and mentor engineers
  • Collaborate with Solution, Information and Domain Architects to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards

Cloud Platform and Integration Engineering

  • Drive implementation of cloud-first solutions using modern cloud services (App Services, data storage, search, automation pipelines)
  • Oversee API development and integrations via Middleware platforms (eg, MuleSoft)
  • Support secure identity and access federation (OAuth2, SAML, SSO)
  • Define standards and strategies for content management, translation, and learning platforms
  • Ensure interoperability, scalability, and reuse across business functions
  • Promote unified metadata, taxonomy, and semantic search frameworks

AI and Future Technology Enablement

  • Support the enablement of GenAI capabilities, including RAG, semantic search, and AI copilots
  • Evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation and scalability
  • Contribute to architectural lifecycle decisions, including migrations and investments

You will ensure our digital platforms for authoring, distributing, translating, and publishing Diagnostics Service Knowledge & Training content evolve toward a cloud native and AI-ready architecture., * Experience with Enterprise Content or Knowledge Management platforms

  • Strong expertise in designing, implementing, and governing cloud architectures, preferably on Microsoft Azure
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across IT, business, and architecture stakeholders
  • Experience with authentication frameworks (OAuth2, SAML, SSO)

Advantage

  • Solid software development background, ideally with .NET, Python, or similar technology stacks
  • Familiarity with CMS, LMS, or DAM platforms
  • Experience in Knowledge Management, Learning Systems, or Language Operations
  • Exposure to AI-driven content governance or retrieval-augmented architectures
