Job description
Architecture and Technical Leadership
- Define and evolve technology standards, architectural principles, and platform strategies for content management, translation, and learning ecosystems
- Ensure alignment across content authoring, publication, translation, training, and knowledge delivery
- Lead solution design and system design reviews, promote architectural best practices, and mentor engineers
- Collaborate with Solution, Information and Domain Architects to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards
Cloud Platform and Integration Engineering
- Drive implementation of cloud-first solutions using modern cloud services (App Services, data storage, search, automation pipelines)
- Oversee API development and integrations via Middleware platforms (eg, MuleSoft)
- Support secure identity and access federation (OAuth2, SAML, SSO)
- Define standards and strategies for content management, translation, and learning platforms
- Ensure interoperability, scalability, and reuse across business functions
- Promote unified metadata, taxonomy, and semantic search frameworks
AI and Future Technology Enablement
- Support the enablement of GenAI capabilities, including RAG, semantic search, and AI copilots
- Evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation and scalability
- Contribute to architectural lifecycle decisions, including migrations and investments

You will ensure our digital platforms for authoring, distributing, translating, and publishing Diagnostics Service Knowledge & Training content evolve toward a cloud native and AI-ready architecture., * Experience with Enterprise Content or Knowledge Management platforms
- Strong expertise in designing, implementing, and governing cloud architectures, preferably on Microsoft Azure
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across IT, business, and architecture stakeholders
- Experience with authentication frameworks (OAuth2, SAML, SSO)
Advantage
- Solid software development background, ideally with .NET, Python, or similar technology stacks
- Familiarity with CMS, LMS, or DAM platforms
- Experience in Knowledge Management, Learning Systems, or Language Operations
- Exposure to AI-driven content governance or retrieval-augmented architectures
