This role is critical in translating complex system requirements into executable verification artifacts and producing clear, traceable evidence to support certification submittals., * Develop, author, execute, and maintain verification plans, test procedures, test cases, and compliance reports for high-voltage electrical systems

  • Translate system and subsystem requirements into clear, testable verification artifacts, including cleanup and refinement of existing verification requirements
  • Define appropriate verification methods (test, analysis, inspection, demonstration), success criteria, configurations, and environmental conditions
  • Perform requirements analysis to ensure testability and maintain bidirectional traceability between requirements, test activities, and verification results
  • Plan and support integration and system-level testing of high-voltage systems with other aircraft systems across integration labs, HIL environments, and ground or flight test settings
  • Execute and support verification of high-voltage components and subsystems, including batteries, high-voltage harnesses and cabling, distribution boxes, power electronics, superchargers, and charger components
  • Analyze test data using tools such as MATLAB or Python and document results to substantiate compliance
