Job description
The Associate, Data Center Operations is responsible for the safe operation, monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of critical data center infrastructure. This role supports high-availability environments by operating and maintaining mechanical, electrical, and control systems, while collaborating with internal teams and third-party vendors to mitigate risk, resolve issues, and continuously improve operational performance. This position reports directly to the Senior Manager - Technology Operations Support., We back our colleagues with the support they need to thrive, professionally and personally. Requirements
Do you have experience in Productivity software?, Do you have a Trade school?, * College, vocational or trade school certification, or equivalent schooling in a related field (mechanical, electrical, electronics, data center operations).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of journeyman-level electrical or equivalent mechanical experience.
- Experience working in critical environments with strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
Employment eligibility to work with American Express in the United States is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.
