We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Advisor to provide strategic leadership across platform engineering, release governance, and responsible AI enablement. In this role, you will influence enterprise-wide direction, elevate delivery excellence, and help teams innovate with confidence and accountability., * Serve as a strategic advisor, shaping enterprise platform engineering and release governance direction to improve scalability, reliability, and speed of delivery.

  • Drive adoption of standardized release frameworks, enabling consistent processes, risk mitigation, and measurable improvements in delivery performance.
  • Champion responsible AI enablement by guiding the integration of AI into release analytics, CI/CD security, and production support.
  • Influence enterprise stakeholders by delivering insights, metrics, and recommendations that align business and technology priorities.
  • Guide CMDB and service management strategies to improve data quality, governance, and operational efficiency.
  • Promote Agile and DevOps best practices, helping teams continuously improve outcomes through innovation and measurable KPIs.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in platform engineering, release management, or enterprise advisory roles.
  • Deep expertise in CI/CD, DevOps, ITSM/CMDB, and governance frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in software delivery and operations.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with responsible AI frameworks and governance practices.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture and large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working with AI Centers of Excellence or similar organizations.
