Job description
As a Salesforce Architect at Client, you won't just be "building modules"-you will be the bridge between customer business strategy and our world-class Data & AI ecosystem. - End-to-End Design: Lead the architectural design for core modules, specifically Sales Cloud and CRM, ensuring seamless integration with downstream data platforms.
- SME Leadership: Provide deep-dive technical expertise in Salesforce best practices, platform limits, and multi-tenant environment strategies.
- Data-Centric Architecture: Collaborate with our Data Engineering teams to ensure CRM data is structured for advanced AI/ML modeling and high-fidelity analytics.
- Governance: Define and drive coding standards, security protocols, and release management processes.
Requirements
- Experience: 10-15 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 5 years in an Architect or Lead Consultant capacity.
- Platform Expertise: Proven track record of architecting large-scale implementations for Sales Cloud and complex CRM integrations.
- Consulting DNA: Experience in a services/consulting environment (pure-play data or "Big 4" experience preferred).
- Technical Breadth: Deep knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
- Certifications: Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification is highly preferred.
