Job description

· Administers the implementation of CRM solutions in our organization, and interfaces with all departments using CRM software, playing the roles of CRM programmer, CRM Administrator, CRM Educator, and CRM diplomat.

· Acquires, identifies, and analyzes CRM software requirements, and ensures the requirements are met.

· Maintains, evaluates, and configures the CRM system, and provides detailed end user documentation.

· Interprets, edits, and modifies the software to fit all the needs of the company.

Bridges the gap between the CRM system and the users who interact with it, utilizing and understanding the CRM software, of other departments, and of sales, marketing, business processes, and how they replate to the CRM software

Typical Functions:

· Verifies and reconciles data that has been entered into the system, and educates users on how to correctly enter that information.

· Trains, educates, and coaches new and existing users.

· Responds to questions from users, provides technical support to users throughout the company, and troubleshoots issues with the system when problems arise, making changes as needed.

· Monitors data quality, data migrations, and data integrations.

· Assists in creation of long-term strategic goals for high data quality and appropriate data use.

· Meets with management when they wish to discuss changes to the system, representing the interests of the users within the company and the integrity of the CRM system.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Sales automation technologies?, · Sugar CRM a must.

· Process Mapping / Data Mapping.

· Technical skills.

· Research and data analysis.

· Strong Excel skills and data management tools.

· Analytical, attention to detail and accuracy skills.

· Organizational and communication skills.

Knowledge of the below is a plus:

· Epicor ERP

· Standard MS Office

· Document Management a plus

· EDI a plus

· Project management software

· AI

· Epicor Kinetic 2025.x and above(Kinetic and Classic Forms)
