Senior Software Engineer - Ardán Inc.

The Sr. Software Engineer will lead the design, code, testing, and operation of online services, client applications, and web applications. The role involves collaborating in person and/or online to ensure solutions are simple, deliver value, and drive improvements to efficiency, quality, and velocity of the team. The engineer must stay current with new languages/frameworks as needed by each ongoing development project and perform code reviews to enforce strong coding practices. Essential Functions

• Analyze requirements, produce object-oriented designs for product enhancements and new development, and provide feedback.
• Develop and deliver code from detailed technical business requirements, leveraging a mix of approved technologies.
• Work independently on projects or as part of a team.
• Work on full-stack solutions, including front end, back end, and databases.
• Make recommendations in the selection and design of technology solutions.
• Work with the team to estimate tasks, design, and implement solutions.
• Automate development processes.
• Provide software architectural guidance during the design phase.

• 5 or more years of experience with JavaScript frameworks (Vue, React, Angular, etc.) and libraries (jQuery, etc.).
• 5 or more years of experience with HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, etc.
• 5 or more years of experience in Microsoft .NET (including .NET Framework 4.8 through latest versions of .NET v5 and later).
• 5 or more years of experience with service-oriented architecture; containerized applications experience strongly desired.
• 5 years of experience with logical database designs and relational database concepts.
• Experience with concepts such as site reliability, high availability, performance, and scalability fundamentals.
• Mobile development experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact in a team environment.

Education And/or Skills

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience required.
• 5 or more years of experience developing object-oriented applications.
• 5 or more years of experience with logical database designs and relational database concepts.

• Must be able to listen and speak clearly over the phone.
