Software - Engineer

Design, develop, configure, and maintain SailPoint Identity Management solutions supporting the Department of State ICAM program. Provide technical expertise supporting the implementation and integration of SailPoint, Okta, and Radiant Logic platforms. Develop and configure workflows supporting onboarding, provisioning, offboarding, deprovisioning, and access recertification processes. Support integrations with enterprise systems including Active Directory, CyberArk, Splunk, and other identity-related platforms. Lead technical design, development, testing, and deployment of Proofs of Concept (POCs) and pilot initiatives. Develop technical documentation including architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and system design artifacts. Review and provide technical input on Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) and related project documentation. Provide technical guidance to stakeholders and partner organizations regarding ICAM initiatives and future-state planning. Support Client Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) initiatives and identity consolidation efforts. Collaborate with architects and technical leads to identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Support Operations and Maintenance (O&M) activities including patching, upgrades, and system sustainment. Assist with Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) requirements and technical compliance efforts. Support incident response activities requiring SailPoint engineering expertise. Provide regular status updates regarding technical development efforts and project milestones.
