Leadership Demolition Oil and Gas Construction Soil Science Firefighting Communication Accountability Health Advocacy Microsoft Office Safety Procedures Project Management Emergency Response Mechanical Aptitude Artificial Intelligence Discounts And Allowances Critical Illness Insurance Employee Assistance Programs Certified First Responder (CFR) 10-Hour OSHA General Industry Card Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Hazardous Waste Operations And Emergency Response Standard (HAZWOPER), Seeking a dependable Field Manager to lead environmental remediation and restoration projects throughout the North Central West Virginia region. This role involves hands-on leadership in the field, overseeing crews, managing job sites, and ensuring the safe and efficient completion of cleanup and containment work in potentially hazardous environments. Communication, safety awareness, and accountability are critical to success in this role., Lead and supervise field crews on remediation and cleanup projects

Oversee site setup, containment, and restoration work (soil, water, or structural)

Ensure all safety procedures are followed, including proper use of PPE (respirators, Tyvek suits, gloves, etc.)

Communicate clearly with crew members, leadership, and clients to ensure safe and efficient operations

Train and develop team members on job tasks, safety practices, and expectations

Monitor project progress, timelines, and quality of work

Assist with hands-on labor including debris removal, demolition, and environmental cleanup

Load/unload equipment and materials and ensure proper use on job sites

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Respond to changing job site conditions and make decisions to keep projects on track

Travel to various job sites as needed (local and regional), Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, for all positions located in the city and county of San Francisco, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
