ERP Consultant

We are seeking an experienced IT ERP Manager to oversee and advance enterprise systems supporting logistics and finance operations. This individual will take ownership of the ERP platform and related applications, ensuring they are reliable, scalable, and aligned with evolving business needs.

This role combines technical leadership, team management, and hands-on involvement in system improvements. You'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders while leading internal resources and external partners to deliver high-quality, business-critical solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

Enterprise Systems Leadership

• Own the overall performance, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of ERP and related platforms
• Ensure systems are aligned with operational requirements across finance and logistics functions
• Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP initiatives, from planning and design through deployment and stabilization
• Maintain strong governance around system reliability, security, and compliance standards
• Manage a portfolio of initiatives focused on improving system functionality, performance, and cost efficiency

Team & Vendor Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ERP and IT professionals
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing environment focused on accountability and continuous learning
• Oversee third-party vendors and consultants, ensuring quality delivery and strong working relationships

Service Delivery & Operations

• Ensure consistent, high-quality support and delivery of ERP-related services to end users
• Oversee enhancements, production support, and change management activities
• Maintain application lifecycle management across the logistics and finance systems landscape
• Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge resources for both technical teams and business users
• Enforce adherence to IT standards, security protocols, and data governance policies

• Comfort operating in a dynamic environment where priorities may evolve, * Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant field such as Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related discipline
• Extensive experience working with ERP or transportation/logistics management systems in technical or functional roles
• Proven track record delivering IT initiatives, including system implementations, enhancements, and integrations
• Prior experience managing IT teams and external vendors or consulting partners
• Strong familiarity with ERP platforms (such as CargoWise, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or comparable systems), particularly within finance and accounting domains

Additional Experience (Preferred):

• Exposure to IT service management and project delivery frameworks (e.g., ITIL, Agile, Scrum, PMP)
• Experience with system integrations (EDI, APIs)
• Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools, including dashboarding solutions
