IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Manager to lead our technology function and serve as a key member of our Executive Leadership Team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting IT systems and infrastructure that enable business continuity and drive organizational growth.

Responsibilities

· Serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and contribute to strategic planning

· Lead and manage all areas of IT including infrastructure, networking, development, and support

· Oversee software development using Agile and Lean practices

· Ensure system security, performance, and uptime

· Manage IT budget and resources

· Lead large IT projects including system implementations

· Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans

Do you have experience in Managing software development teams?, Do you have a Master's degree?, · Bachelor's or Master's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field

· 10+ years of IT experience

· 3+ years managing IT teams

· Experience with Agile development and e-commerce platforms
