Senior Salesforce Developer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 12+ years of IT experience and extensive expertise in Salesforce platform development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing. The candidate should possess strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment., * Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and custom solutions.

• Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Develop asynchronous processes using Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and Platform Events.
• Create and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, process automation, and approval processes.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide L3 support for Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimations, and release management activities.
• Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and knowledge-sharing practices.
• Optimize application performance and ensure security compliance within the Salesforce ecosystem.

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.

• Custom Metadata and Custom Settings
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Security Model, Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware integrations.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Salesforce DX and modern development practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills., * Experience with Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
• Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft integrations.
• Knowledge of DevOps and automated deployment strategies.
