Job description
We are seeking a Level 1 Help Desk Analyst with strong call center IT support experience to provide high-volume technical and customer support to both internal teams and external users., * Provide Tier 1 technical support (hardware, software, connectivity)
- Handle high-volume inbound calls in a customer-focused environment
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate to Tier 2 / vendors as needed
- Support external users with password resets, account access, and web-related issues
- Manage and monitor ticket queues to ensure timely resolution
- Deliver excellent customer service, including handling challenging situations
Requirements
- ?2+ years IT Help Desk experience (Call Center environment mandatory)
- ? Strong knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Windows 7/10, Active Directory
- ? Experience with ticketing systems & escalations
- ?Bilingual - Spanish (Required)
- ? Basic knowledge of Apple iOS
- ? Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, * Vocational/Technical degree in IT or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience in a call center
