Job description

  • Image and deploy Dell laptops and desktop PCs using MDT, SCCM/MECM, or similar tools.
  • Configure Windows 10/11 systems, install software, and ensure successful end-user setup.
  • Replace existing hardware, reconnect peripherals, and retire old equipment.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues during deployment.
  • Maintain accurate asset and deployment records.
  • Travel between county facilities using a county vehicle to support deployments.
  • Provide professional customer support and end-user assistance.

Requirements

  • Experience with PC imaging, deployment, and hardware refresh projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Dell hardware and enterprise deployment tools.
  • Basic networking knowledge (Active Directory, domain joins, VPNs, printers).
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
