Job description

  • System Administration: Manage and maintain sourcing software platforms to ensure their optimal performance and reliability.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sourcing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • User Support: Provide technical support and training to end users to enhance their proficiency with sourcing systems.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to streamline sourcing workflows and increase operational efficiency.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure all sourcing activities and system configurations comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SAP S/4HANA?, * ERP Proficiency: SAP S/4HANA Purchasing expertise required.

  • System Management: Ability to manage sourcing software systems effectively to meet organizational requirements.
  • Data Analysis: Proficient in analyzing sourcing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for strategic decision making.
  • Process Optimization: Expertise in streamlining and enhancing sourcing processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and technologies, including SAP S/4HANA, Firori and SAP ECC ERP systems and procurement software.
  • Project Management: Capable of leading and managing sourcing projects from initiation through to successful completion within deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Problem Solving: Adept at identifying issues within sourcing systems and processes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Knowledgeable in ensuring sourcing activities adhere to relevant regulations and effectively managing associated risks.
  • Training and Support: Ability to provide training and support to users of sourcing systems to ensure proper utilization and maximize system benefits.

Successful candidates typically have:

  • 3+ years experience in supply chain systems, procurement, or master data roles.
  • SAP S/4HANA Procurement Experience
  • Experience with SAP transformation or migration.
  • Experience supporting enterprise systems and cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on SAP Fiori experience.
  • Experience supporting compliance or audit processes.

Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Estimated annual base pay: $85,000(minimum) - $110,000(midpoint) - $136,000(maximum)
