Job description

We are seeking a hands-on IT Support & Systems Specialist to support daily technology operations across our organization. This role includes device support, mobile phone and app management, network troubleshooting, and conference room readiness, along with assisting in reporting and data visualization efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals

  • Configure and support iOS and Android devices, including business apps and email

  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, network)

  • Prepare conference rooms for meetings (Zoom/Teams, AV systems, displays, audio)

  • Quickly resolve live meeting tech issues

  • Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI or similar)

  • Assist with data organization, cleanup, and visualization

  • Maintain IT inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, * 5 years of IT support or helpdesk experience

  • Experience with Windows/Mac systems and mobile device support

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Copilot) and basic networking concepts

  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with conference room AV systems (Zoom Rooms, Teams Rooms)

  • Advanced Excel skills and/or Power BI/Tableau and data management

  • Experience working with cloud-based platforms and SaaS tools

Ideal Candidate

A reliable, solution-oriented individual who can manage a wide range of technical needs while helping improve reporting, efficiency, and overall technology use across the business. Willingness to assist across multiple teams with data management, administration and technology related tasks.

  • Additional preferred (not required): Experience with ERP systems such as Acumatica, and project management tools such as Smartsheet, * IT support: 5 years (Preferred)
