Business Intelligence Analyst

• Develop, design, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker to visualize key performance indicators and business metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical specifications for data solutions.
• Manage end-to-end data workflows including extraction, transformation (ETL), and loading processes utilizing tools like Talend, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), and Python.
• Build and optimize databases using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and other relational database systems; design schemas that support efficient data retrieval and analysis.
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform strategic initiatives.
• Apply project management principles within Agile frameworks to deliver timely analytics solutions while adhering to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) best practices.
