Scope of Work & Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and develop scalable, enterprise-grade Semantic Models for self-service Power BI analytics.
- Work extensively with Data Architects and ETL Team to ingest, transform, and prepare large and complex Semantic Models for analytics consumption.
- Implement and manage data governance, access controls, and security policies.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand analytical requirements and translate them into effective BI and reporting solutions.
- Ensure optimal Power BI report and dataset performance through efficient data modeling, DAX optimization, and query tuning best practices.
- Monitor Workspaces and Fabric Capacities to ensure solutions are efficient and performant.
- Troubleshoot Reports and Dashboards that don't render quickly.
- Establish and enforce standards, guidelines, and best practices for Power BI development across the organization.
- Lead initiatives around metadata management, data lineage, documentation, and data quality assurance.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to IT Staff and Business Users.
- Support enterprise reporting strategies, ensuring scalability, reliability, and consistency across analytics platforms., responsible for leading the design and development of enterprise-grade semantic

closely with Data Architects, ETL teams, and business stakeholders to deliver

Requirements
candidates must be able to work on W2 without sponsorship, * 5 or more years of experience in BI architecture and data engineering, with 10 or more years of overall IT experience.
- Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, advanced data modeling techniques, and Fabric capacities.
- Expert-level proficiency in relational databases and SQL, including Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, and Redshift.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to business and technical audiences.
Benefits & conditions
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Radnor, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $75.00/hr.
