Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Our client is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to play a key role in building and scaling a sophisticated technology platform that powers advanced analytics and AI-driven insights.

What You'll Do

• Architect, design, and develop scalable full-stack applications
• Build and optimize modern frontend experiences using contemporary frameworks
• Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js or Python
• Design and manage databases and data-intensive applications
• Ensure system scalability, security, and performance
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and help foster a strong engineering culture
• Contribute to hiring and scaling the engineering team as the organization grows
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, data, and leadership

• 10+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience building modern frontend applications using React or similar frameworks
• Backend development experience with Node.js and Python
• Experience designing scalable architectures including microservices, serverless, or event-driven systems
• Strong experience with database design, query optimization, and data modeling
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with DevOps tooling and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
