Requirements

This role requires hands-on NICE Actimize ActOne / RCM development experience.

Applicants must have:

  • 3+ years NICE Actimize ActOne or RCM
  • 3+ years Actimize Java Plugin Development
  • Java Development Experience

Unfortunately, candidates with only Java, Spring Boot, Full Stack, Microservices, or general Software Engineering backgrounds without Actimize experience will not be considered., We are seeking a hands-on Senior Actimize Developer with deep experience in NICE Actimize ActOne and Risk Case Manager (RCM) development. This role is ideal for a mid-to-senior level engineer who combines strong Actimize Java plugin development expertise with modern software engineering practices including CI/CD, Agile delivery, SQL development, and cloud technologies.

This position supports enterprise-scale financial crime, compliance, and case management initiatives within a highly regulated financial services environment.

Must-Have Qualifications

? 3+ years NICE Actimize ActOne / RCM development

? 3+ years Java Plugin Development within Actimize

? 3+ years Java development

? 3+ years SQL development (Oracle / SQL Server)

? Experience with Git, Jenkins, Maven, CI/CD pipelines

? Agile development experience

? Ability to work hybrid from Midtown NYC, Morristown NJ, or Tampa FL
