NET Full Stack Developer (React.JS)

• End-to-end design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using .NET, .NET Core, and React.js.
• Develop, and optimize RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with front-end components.
• Develop, and maintain SQL databases, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and schemas.
• Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
• Leverage AI-powered coding tools such as Copilot, Claude, and others to improve coding productivity and quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continually improve the development process.

We are seeking a talented and experienced .NET Full Stack Developer to spearhead the development of scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET, .NET Core, and React.js, with proven expertise in API development and relational databases. Additionally, experience with AI-based coding assistant tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and similar technologies is highly desirable to enhance development efficiency., * Extensive experience as a Full Stack Developer, preferably in banking/financial services domain.

• Deep expertise in .NET and .NET Core frameworks.
• Very strong React.js skills and experience with modern front-end development practices.
• Proven experience in API development, RESTful services, and integrations.
• Intermediate to expert level proficiency with SQL and relational database management systems (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Familiarity with AI-based coding assistants like GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with other front-end frameworks or libraries.
• Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Dallas, TX/Pittsburgh, PA is $100k - $110k/year & benefits (see below)., * A highly competitive compensation and benefits package.
