Job description

As an HR Data & Transformation Project Manager, you will play a critical role in enabling the successful delivery of a global HR transformation program. This initiative involves consolidating multiple legacy HR systems into a single Oracle HCM platform.

You will bring structure, rigor, and execution discipline to complex HR data activities, ensuring alignment across data governance, conversion, reporting, and security. Your work will help reduce delivery risk and ensure data decisions support broader transformational outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Data Governance Workstream Lead to plan and execute initiatives across data conversion, data cleanup, archival, security roles, and reporting
  • Manage and maintain an integrated project plan, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across workstreams
  • Track progress, drive accountability, and ensure timely execution of key deliverables
  • Identify, monitor, and escalate risks, issues, dependencies, and decision points with clear recommendations
  • Support end-to-end data conversion efforts, including validation cycles, output reviews, and issue remediation coordination
  • Track and manage data quality issues, ensuring defects are logged, prioritized, and resolved in line with program timelines
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to align data activities with reporting, integrations, and security requirements
  • Support data governance and data quality efforts, including development of training materials and user guidance
  • Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to data privacy requirements
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops, driving structured discussions and clear outcomes
  • Document decisions, actions, and key artifacts, ensuring clarity of ownership and follow-through

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in project or program management
  • Foundational understanding of data management concepts, including data quality, data structures, and data lifecycle
  • Experience supporting data migration, conversion, or system implementation initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Monday.com, or similar)
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and global environment, * Experience supporting large-scale transformation or enterprise-wide programs
  • Exposure to HR systems such as Oracle HCM, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors
  • Experience in HR, data, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with data privacy and compliance frameworks
