Job description
- All customer enquiries are inbound - no cold calling or lead generation required.
- Full training provided on all products and services.
- Helping customers with sales & design of their new gates or fencing products (training provided)
- Showroom visits with customers.
- Inbound calls/emails handling
The role would suit somebody who enjoys working with people and building customer relationships in a relaxed, professional environment., * Respond to inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and website
- Speak with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products and services
- Assist customers using brochures, product samples and showroom displays
- Encourage and organise showroom visits
- Prepare quotations and assist with customer follow-ups
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout their project
- Update and manage customer information within the company CRM system
- Work closely with office, manufacturing and installation teams to ensure smooth project coordination
- Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
- Assist with general office administration and customer support duties
- Build positive long-term relationships with customers and represent the company professionally

Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Sales?, * Friendly, approachable and professional
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Confident speaking with customers in person, over the phone and by email
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Basic computer and office software knowledge
- Previous experience within customer service, home improvements or sales environments would be beneficial but not essential, * Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Office Based Sales: 1 year (preferred)
