Our client, a growing technology-led organisation, is seeking an experienced Customer Onboarding Project Manager to join their team based in Uxbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised project professional who enjoys managing end-to-end delivery and working closely with both clients and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
The role will focus on overseeing onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring a smooth transition for customers while maintaining high levels of service and delivery throughout.
Duties include:
Managing end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects for new customers Owning project plans, timelines, and key milestones from initiation through to delivery Leading client meetings including kick-offs, updates, and go-live activities Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery Monitoring risks, dependencies, and changes, ensuring clear reporting throughout Supporting customer readiness, including onboarding, system setup, and training Ensuring a smooth handover into ongoing support once projects are completed Maintaining clear project documentation and tracking progress against objectives
Requirements
Do you have experience in Time management?, Proven experience managing onboarding, implementation or customer projects Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Experience with project tracking, reporting, and governance Commercial awareness with confidence managing timelines and expectations Experience within a technology, SaaS, or platform-based environment is desirable Project management qualification or certification is advantageous Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
